haixxx.. grain mOre and mOre weight recently!! Its time for to go on diet from now on. hahaxxx... Luckily, Yan going to go on diet too!! yeahxx, at least i have someone to accompany during jogging everyday.
my diet plan as follows:
Monday -- jogging
Tuesday -- badminton
Wednesday -- jogging
Thursday -- badminton
Friday -- jogging!
Menu for the week:
morning -- oat
afternoon -- rice wif vegetables (boiling wif water w/o oil)
dinner -- oat
**HOPE i can endure wif it!!**
i wan to slim down asap!! lol.
